The GUNZ DOWN project, by tru-skool Hip-hop group GreenJade and schools charity XLP incorporates an hour long show with music, drama and film.
It aims to press home the importance of making positive decisions that could save a life, and addresses the issues of the UK’s growing gun and knife culture amongst some of our young people.

The next Gunz Down tour is now fully booked and will take place from Monday 31st of March until Friday 4th of April. Due to the high demand we are considering extra dates in May 2008. Please contact us if you are interested in bring Gunz Down to your school!

GreenJade will be performing at the Tru Skool Cypher at the JAMM, 261 Brixton Road, Brixton, London, SW9
This is part of their 4-month residency on the last Wednesday of every month, leading up to the release of their new album, "LIFE As We Know It"
The night has the theme "Education: Raising our Youth" and will feature other artists, with music that uplifts and educates.
FREE before 9pm, doors open at 7pm.
The album is due for download release on 3/3/08 and on the street 12/5/08.

September 07: GunzDown (Secret Mix) wins the Choice FM playlist panel 3 weeks in a row and was voted for by Chamillionaire over Foxxy Brown.
September 07: Choice FMâs Peace On The Streets have joined forces with the GunzDown camp and will be sponsoring the October Schools tour.
